MTG: Digital Learn to Play

Overview

Focused on creating an engaging and tailored onboarding experience for new players, ensuring they received the right level of guidance. Helped customers understand the game’s ecosystem, support tools, and products while providing easy access to new content and gameplay instructions.

Through collaboration with BI and UXR teams, developed a player persona to map out their journey, aligning cross-organizational efforts to enhance the experience. Facilitated key workshops to shape the onboarding process and initiated early design work based on research insights. Conducted user testing to refine designs with customer feedback. Partnered with development and content teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent learning experience across all channels.

Outcome

The feature was released in Nov 2024 and I am not sure how the outcome to customers has played out yet. It shows effectively the video tutorials and is easy to access.
